- Customer must supply a schematic in any format
- Customer must supply Bill of Materials or Parts list must be supplied
- All parts must have a reference designator that appears in the schematic
- Any special layout requirements, such as the specific location of a connector, must have a mechanical print with dimensions for specific locations
- 2 or 4 Layer PCB design
- 4.00 to 56.25 square inches
- PCB shape must be square or rectangular
- No routed holes or slots
- All through holes are plated
- Surface Mount Technology or Through Hole Technology Parts on top side only
- Standard Packages only, no special or unique parts
- Minimum pitch (distance from pin to pin) for all components is 1 mm. No components with < 1 mm pitch
- Green Liquid Photo Image able (LPI) Solder Mask Over Bare Copper (SMOBC)
- White Silkscreen Legend – Top side only
- Finished Board Thickness is .062 “
- Plating Thickness is 1 oz copper
- Material is high temperature, FR-4, ROHS compliant
- PCB finish is Electro less Nickel / Immersion Gold (ENIG)
